Fretsore Records is proud to announce the signing of talented Scottish singer-songwriter Jack Henderson.
Henderson has performed and recorded extensively across North America, Europe, Australia, including multiple tours with Americana band Over The Rhine, rootsy Canadian outfit Cowboy Junkies and shared stages with the likes of Buddy Miller, Sarah Mclachlan and Ron Sexsmith. He has recorded in New York with Patti Smith’s producer and bass player, Tony Shanahan and worked with Marc Ribot, (Tom Waits, Elvis Costello), Tony Garnier (Bob Dylan, Paul Simon), Jon Graboff (Ryan Adams, Sheryl Crow), David Mansfield (Bob Dylan, T-Bone Burnett, Bruce Hornsby) and Joan as Policewoman.

Now residing back in the UK, Jack has signed a recording contract with new London-based indie label Fretsore Records. His upcoming EP Sharkey’s Parade is set for a July 2019 release, accompanied by the single “Jesus and Jezebel”, Jack’s droll take on daytime TV .
Henderson will debut the new tracks with a number of live performances this summer culminating with the official EP launch gig due to take place at The Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh on Tuesday 9th July
